Skype - программа IP-телефонии - позволяет общаться голосом через Интернет (компьютер-компьютер), причем для качественной связи вполне достаточно даже невысокой скорости dial-up соединения; поддерживается работа через файрволлы NAT. Для пущей приватности связь шифруется.
